The Known Customer Programme is in place to safeguard passengers, crew, ground personnel, aircraft, and facilities, against an act of unlawful interference.

What is a "Known Customer"?
'Known Customer' to Air New Zealand Cargo is an agent, freight forwarder or any other entity that conducts business with National Cargo whilst providing security controls that are accepted or required by the appropriate authority in respect of cargo, courier and express parcels or mail.

To become a 'Known Customer' to Air New Zealand Cargo, the attached form must be completed and emailed to the National Cargo Head Office for assessment. You can expect an assessment within 5 working days of application receipt.
