COVID-19 Related Changes

As New Zealand will remain at Alert Level 4/Level 3, Air New Zealand has put further restrictions on cargo items to ensure it is able to continue to provide essential cargo handling services and to remain a link in the New Zealand supply chain, by prioritising essential goods and to protect its staff and customers by limiting people on site. These restrictions are subject to change as risks and alert levels change.

Domestic Cargo New Zealand
All cargo is to be shipped and consigned by/to Known Customers only.

International Cargo ex New Zealand
All cargo is to be shipped by a RACA/Freight Forwarder or Pet transporter only.

International Cargo to New Zealand
All cargo is to be consigned to a Freight Forwarder/Broker or Pet transporter only.

International Cargo through New Zealand
No change currently.
