Human remains

There are changes to the requirements and processes for the shipping of caskets as cargo on Air New Zealand domestic flights effective 1 November 2013. Of particular note, from that date casket cargo shipments for Air New Zealand domestic flights can only be accepted from Funeral Directors, New Zealand District Health Boards (DHBs), or the New Zealand Police.
