Where can I send cargo from?

You can send cargo between any of our 20 locations.

What time do I have to be at the airport?

Cargo acceptance times differ according to the service level required and can vary between 60 minutes and 180 minutes. The service level guide for Products and Services can be found here.  Please allow yourself plenty of time before this to ensure that the paperwork and payment can be processed before this time.

How long after the flight arrives will my cargo be available?

Cargo delivery times after aircraft arrival are also determined by the service level required and can be found here.

How can I pay for my shipment?

You will need to pay for your shipment when dropping your cargo off to be delivered. We only accept eftpos or credit card at time of presentation. If you are looking to send cargo with us on a regular basis, please contact us to discuss opening an account.

Can you deliver my cargo to my home/office?

Unfortunately, no. Air New Zealand National Cargo offers an airport to airport service, meaning that you would need to organize pick up and drop off to and from the airport yourself.

Can I send cargo on the same flight as me?

Air New Zealand National Cargo has a special next flight service designed specifically for urgent shipments. If you wish to choose a specific flight for your cargo to travel on Fly It Fast is the fastest, airport-to-airport service on the market.
