Customers with an Air New Zealand Cargo account can access the full national cargo product suite through the self-service booking portal.

Eligible shipments where customers need later lodgment, earlier collection and faster terminal processing.

Fly it

General Cargo where shorter terminal windows are not required, and cargo requiring standard or commodity-specific processing, checks, compliance, screening or handling.

For non-account customers, general cargo can only be booked under "Fly It fast"

Known customers and or known cargo: Lodge freight at least 60 minutes before scheduled departure.

Unknown customer and or unknown cargo: Lodge freight at least 90 minutes before scheduled departure.
